BELOW IS ALL THE CLASSES WE WILL OFFER AT SCDU FIT. 

WE OFFER 6 WEEK FITNESS PROGRAMS FOCUSING ON PROGRESSION EACH WEEK.

TEEN BOYS

12-16 YEARS

This class will help teens build strength, endurance, and agility, while also promoting confidence and healthy habits. The class should feel like a challenge but also be fun and interactive. It will include functional fitness to keep teen boys engaged and motivated.

TUESDAY

FUN FIT

6 - 12 YEARS

This fun fitness class is a great way to combine exercise, play, and skill-building. We will incorporate so many variations of fun games it won’t even feel like exercise. This class is a great introduction for young kids into finding fun ways to exercise.

TEEN GIRLS

12 - 16 YEARS

This teens Girls Fitness Class is a fantastic way to promote physical activity, boost confidence, and create a positive environment where teens can learn to love movement and exercise. This class will incorporate strength, agility as well as improving coordination and overall fitness.

HS FIT

8 - 16 YEARS

Our homeschool fitness program provides a fantastic opportunity for kids to socialise and engage in physical activity. We will include a variety of games, team building and fun fitness making it enjoyable so it won't even feel like exercise.

SURF FIT

8 - 16 YEARS

This class will focus on serious young

surfers who want to improve their, mobility, strength and overall fitness for surfing. This class will require a targeted approach to training. We will incorporate exercises that enhance, flexibility, balance, core strength and explosiveness. - all of which are crucial for optimising performance in the water.

ALL AGES 

This NDIS friendly fitness class to promote inclusivity and provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage in physical activity. These classes will focus on physical empowerment, improving mobility, and enhancing well-being in a way that accommodates a wide range of abilities.
