SURF X STRENGTH
ADULT CLASS
A tailored gym training class for surfers focused on building real surf strength and endurance. Sessions combine weights, mobility, and surf-inspired games to improve paddling power, pop-ups, balance, and overall resilience.

6 - 12 YEARS
This fun fitness class is a great way to combine exercise, play, and skill-building. We will incorporate so many variations of fun games it won’t even feel like exercise. This class is a great introduction for young kids into finding fun ways to exercise.

TEEN GIRLS
12 - 16 YEARS
This teens Girls Fitness Class is a fantastic way to promote physical activity, boost confidence, and create a positive environment where teens can learn to love movement and exercise. This class will incorporate strength, agility as well as improving coordination and overall fitness.

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING OR SEMI PRIVATE GROUP
FOR WOMAN
As the head personal trainer and owner, Courtney offers customised one on one personal training programs or semi private tailored to women at every stage of life. She specialises in women specific training and is continually expanding her knowledge through ongoing studies in pre and postnatal exercise and women’s nutrition.
$70 FOR ONE ON ONE.
SEMI PRIVATE GROUP $30 EACH (minimum 3 people) FOR 1 HOUR.

ADULT CLASS
This class is designed for adults who not only want to improve their mobility for surfing but also for those who want to improve their movement for every day life. You can expect a slower-paced, stretch-focused session that prioritises flexibility, control, and functional mobility.

This NDIS friendly fitness class to promote inclusivity and provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage in physical activity. These classes will focus on physical empowerment, improving mobility, and enhancing well-being in a way that accommodates a wide range of abilities.
